The purpose of Bounce University (Bounce U) is to equip individuals and organizations with the tools to administer the foundational trauma-informed training (Bounce 101 and 201) in their respective organizations/communities to sustain internal professional development. Completing the two-day Bounce University training is required to become a certified Bounce trainer.

This interactive workshop supports this goal by increasing understanding of the lifelong impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and building individual and organizational skills to nurture resilience.
